5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you create using Writura
  • You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe others' rights
  • You can delete your content at any time

AI-Generated Content

  • AI-generated content is provided as a starting point for your work
  • You should review and edit AI-generated content before use
  • We don't guarantee the accuracy or originality of AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for ensuring final content meets your needs

Our Intellectual Property

  • Writura's software, design, and features are our property
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology
  • Our trademarks and branding are protected
  • These Terms don't grant you any ownership rights in our service

6. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans

Writura offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing and features are available on our website.

Billing and Renewals

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You'll be charged at the beginning of each billing period
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You'll retain access to paid features until the period ends

7. Service Availability

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the incident. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Illegal or harmful use of the service
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Abuse of our support team or other users

Upon termination, you'll lose access to the service, but you can export your content before the account is deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where Krafty Sprouts Media LLC is located.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
